OK, the guy is a thieving git for sure, but is he technically stealing?

He told them he wasn't ordering anything, then he said nothing more and they gave him the food.

I guess it's fraud maybe, he obtained something by deception?

Surely they'll have his reg on CCTV, thats assuming they figure out how they c0ck3d up and report a crime though.

Yes, receiving goods he did not pay for or intend to pay for. Maybe when Mcdonalds see this they will revise there giving food out without showing a receipt policy. My guess is it happens rarely and they will ignore it.

Yeah its theft if you actually think about the theft act and what it says, under UK law. If your hungry don't get caught eh!

Going into the bins behind stores, then taking the food they have throw out then eating it in short! Kinda hard around here, most of them are fenced off.
