Default One for the street and one for the track

Here is my matched set of 1st gen SVs. Both have first gen CBR900rr swingarms and 2002 R! forks, wheels and brakes. Race bike has Kehnin flatsides and puts out 88 hp. Streetbike has stock carbs and 2nd gen cams and puts out 75 hp. Street bike is my daily driver.

Did you do the swingarm modification?

How difficult is it?

The fork and swingarm swap is a kit from san jose superbike. The cost was very reasonable for the machine work about 100 bucks for both including parts which is about 500 quid I think. Works very good on the track.

I think the screen is pretty slick. Makes it look like a giant scooter, especially with the tail bag or the 4 gal aux tank!

Racebike has R1 subframe and tail section BTW.
