Jag's fault end of, if he didn't have enough room to pass, he should not have tried to pass, Penis. And he was so lucky he never ran up his ****, could have been nasty for scooter boy.

yeah I saw this elsewhere too. Was expecting to see a punch up. Bit disappointing.
Scooter boy likes to film things, read he has some other vids on Youtube. Haven't watched them though. I think he'll end up becoming an outraged biker cop out to set right the injustices against scooter riders everywhere. He's like Red Herring was 20 years ago ![]() |

What a total ****. He was so arrogant! Any other person probably would have laid him out.

Had to watch it again to be sure but markings etc are 1 lane leaving the roundabout. No room for the jag to pass, evidence of former road markings do suggest the channels were set for 2 lanes originally but chevrons now delineate a narrower highway width. he would have got away with it had the scooter stayed left but the scooter wouldn't have expected to be passed on a single carriageway.
Can't see that driving school getting much custom off the back of this. Lol |

I don't think the guys road positioning is great (when he enters the roundabout he's not exactly sticking to one lane), but still the guy in the jag shouldn't try to get past if there's no room.
Not only does he hit the bike but then swerves in front then brakes sharply. Don't get why the police couldn't take this forward. I've never heard that there had to be debris or someone knocked off (or even contact which there was in this case) for it to be considered. If someone has made a complaint (and there is evidence) should they not have an obligation to consider it? |

What I found the worse is that the driver obviously BELIEVES he's right.

"Keep to the left"? It's a single lane and motorcycles should command the centre of the lane to stop idiots like him trying to squeeze past. He obviously believes everyone should ride in the gutter then.
