hi everyone i have got a 2009 sv just wondering if anyone could tell me how to remove the cat from the exhaust or do you have to buy a new pipe thnaks

well i have been reading that it makes it sound even better i have already got a delkevic slip on. would it effect the bike if i did remove it?

if you are talking about the small plug of catalyst that is left in the pipe where you cut then it makes no odds or very little. you can smash it out if you like but just remember to take your lambda sensor out before you do or you might damage it. you really don't want to know the price of a new one.
