Unhappy How to replace TPS?

Tried searching but alas no luck. I'm going to adjust my TPS for the third time, (first two times by spannerman so it's not like I've messed up previous times) as I've been konking out on the way into work tonight.

I checked out the TPS this evening on a brief stop to pick up injury_ian and the idle line didn't even hit the middle till 3000rpm and didn't move up until 5000rpm?!

Just wondering if anyone has replaced their TPS, is it simple to do for an amateur mechanic and are they expensive? I'll scan the parts manual later tonight to try and find the part number.

Cheers guys.

Dead easy; disconnect the wire, undo screws, remove, fit new one, put screws in, (don't tighten them yet), connect wire.

Connect the plug to see the TPS and fault code display, turn on the ignition and roughly set the TPS so the line is in the middle, then start the engine and set as normal.

Adjusted and running again, was up at 4-5K! Keeping an eye out now for one on eBay!
Cheers.
