yep get them all the time, my little toes have permanent swollenness and redness/cracking.

worst things ever, my nan used to have some amazing cream for them but it ran out and no-one can remember what it was called. when i get them really bad in winter i cant wear my bike boots or work boots without being in agony.

i've heard the wee on them thing but i dont really want to do that. my feet smell bad enough as it is

Most people seem to get chilblains in cool, damp climates, but it's the rapid warming of the blood and rupturing cells that creates the chilblain, so peeing on them not going to help

How do you cope the rest of the time? Do you get blood blisters? I'm trying to just keep my feet at a neutral temperature, easier said than done though. They seem happier cold weirdly. The itching is a nightmare and the complete white>corpse blue>red clour changes are creepy. I get vibration white finger too, it sucks as does Raynaud's disease

All factors pointing at me to stop riding the bike as I don't think it helps much but I'm damned if that's going to happen!

I feel your pain, I suffer too from them, White finger / vibration ...

I try and not to grip the bars so tight and relax my arms... ( also wearing warm gloves )
