Default message for guildford riders

i am not exactly 100% sure but worth putting on here any way. as i went past pcworld in guildford opposite the porshe dealer. on pc worlds side of the road there was an incident and police have blocked the road for what looked like a land rover on the side of the road, and it had emptied its entire engine oil all over the road.

as i went past at about 15-20mph this is what i think it was. although police probably clean it up just thought let people know to be careful. its just after traffic light by bus stop stop . just after as you go under bridge.

could any one in the area confirm and maybe tell others if it is true?

I think they generally clean up oil by covering it with sand! It might be better than oil, but road bikes still don't love sand. Especially oil sand.

Good heads up!

God knows why they use sand, from my recollection pelicans and seals soak up far more oil than sand does.

At least you can see the sand.
