Default Buying to resell

I recently sold some lowers on here in good faith, a low price for orgers as I have received some brilliant info and advice on here from several members and I have seen several for sale posts offering things cheaper on here. I could have gone down the ebay route and more but I prefer to offer something back to the folks on this site etc. I even had a PM from a member saying I could get more for them but credit to me for offering them at a low price on here. Now there's nothing to say it can't and doesn't or shoudn't happen but it makes you kind of think twice about offering things at a discount price wondering if it will be up on ebay minutes after being delivered. It may be a case of simply not liking them in all honesty, but I sent a PM to the guy on Monday saying they'd been delivered and was all ok, no reply. Definitely won't be selling anything else to him at a cheaper rate in the future. Anyway rant over guys and thanks to all for your advice given and advice still to be given in the future.

chance you take. could be out playing with his new toy on holiday.

TBH i have had no problems with anyone on here and if they want to sell the stuff i sell to them at a higher price on ebay that by all means go ahead. i make my 'little' profit on the stuff i make and sell. i'm happy with that but if they want to make a few £ along the way then good on them. same goes for parts i have sold, i want x amount and i don't care what you do with them afterwords but i would hope that it goes on their bike rather than ebay but like i said it's up to them and would/t stop me selling them anything in the future as if they have to do things like that then they are obviously desperate on money.

That's a fair point Bibio, I don't begrudge anyone making a profit, but like you said I'd rather see it on a bike on here and know I've helped someone out for all the good I have received from this site as opposed to someone out for a quick buck. I'm not desperate for the extra ££'s, although it would have have come in handy towards my OEM lowers I now have (when my mate gets round to spraying them lol) It was just frustrating to see them listed minutes after being delivered.
