Just got one of these to fit to my K3 S, seeing as it has a lot more parameters of adjustment is there a 'bible' for setting it up-rider weight, bike etc

Probably worth just getting sag right to start with and having comp & rebound around the middle of their range as a starting point.
Ride it and make one adjustment at a time until it feels good. One persons good settings will be horrible for someone else. |
