only about 10 ish mins away from my house but i though it was all rowing clubs on the island.

Used to be a very famous music venue called Eel Pie Hotel on the island. A lot of big names played there until it closed in the late '60s.

what I'm returning its a tech 21 mobile phone case.. not a boat..

Yep, I live on a boat at Swan Island in Twickenham which is the next island up river from Eel Pie.
Nice place when the weather is good
