Curvy To Pointy? - SV650.org

I have a 2001 sv650 and am after an upgrade, i wanted a superbike but now am after a newer sv650. How do the pointy sv's compare to my one, isit worth the upgrade. Also does anyone have a fully faired blue pointy for sale?

I sold my curvy last year and now have a 56 plate pointy, much prefer it and wouldnt go back.

Only dislike is the lights cant be switched off.performance wise it seems a little quicker too, and dont need the super unleaded fuel this time of year either.

my budget is about £2000. You rekon i'll get a decent one for that? What year/milage should i expect, don't wanna pay over the odds "/

I bought mine on ebay for only £1120, with 21K miles and lots of mods, some tasteful, some just pointless, that was early november, so cheap ones do come up.
