Help with a new organ - SV650.org

He gets this when he tries logging in, he's literally just created a new account. He has an SV and wants to be an orger...
No authorisation email or anything?

maybe the email address is using is linked to spam bots, or something in his email/profile is a banned word. On my last forum the word uni0n couldn't be used due to hacks into the forum foundations.

I thought all new accounts had to be approved by admin (or a mod?) possibly awaiting verification (as it says) how long ago did he create the account (may help the mods??)

His account is in the "Users awaiting email confirmation"

He needs to click the link in the email he was sent when he registered on the forum as that is the last step in account creation.

Sometimes the mails get marked as spam and go into the junk mail folder.,, can you ask him to double check

1. That the activation email isnt in his junk mail
2. That the email he entered when he registered account is a real one. Sometimes people try to register with an address that isnt valid... as they think we'll spam it, which we wont...

He hasn't received any emails that's why I posting it here, he's asking if its possible for you to resend it? The email address is all valid and everything, checked junk and spam etc.

I cant resend it, I dont have enough rights. I have sent an email from my hotmail account ( Fizzwheel@hotmail.co.uk ) to the email address he used when he registered, if you can ask him to reply to it. Then I can activate his account manually.
