Exhaust hanger for pointy, to replace pillion peg.

Hi,

I'm looking for a bracket to replace the pillion peg mount that i can mount my exhaust on... I know that you can buy them new for about £70!

Does anyone have one they don't use , or do you know someone that could knock one up ?

I've got one of these - much cheaper, and do the job. Meant for track/race bikes obviously. Not given it a thorough test over potholed roads and all that (will do this year though), but seems solid enough to me.

Are those projection ones any good? I've been looking at them for my thousand.

As I say, I've not given mine a thorough workout, but at the end of the day it's a lump of metal, that's the right shape and bolts in all the same places as the OEM/other aftermarket ones. I figured for the money, I'd give it a go. Finish is alright, bearing in mind it's intended for race/track use (has a brushed finish but would polish if you were that way inclined) - turned up quick in the post too, I should say. Worst case scenario, it's £23 gone (and I can always put it on my track bike if needs be).

i ended up getting the evotech ones in black off ebay.
