OMO,
Has anyone who's done a front end swap, also used raised clip-ons? If so, can you say if you had to use longer cables than standard? I ask because the GSXR forks are shorter than those of the SV, so I was wondering if others had been able to use the small amount of slack in the cables to fit raised clip-ons using original cables? ![]() |

Yes, I've done it on a curvy.
Is possible to get away with it, but cables are very tight at the extreme end of the steering lock. Choke cable did require replacing with a longer one, but not an issue on a Pointy. Clutch cable wasn't a problem, I re-routed that, but this didn't work with the throttle cables
