Default Devon newbie

Hi folks.

Plymouth based newbie here. Just bought myself a '53 plate S model with a little over 11k miles in silver with lower fairings, other than that all standard. Twas a bargain.

Been riding for about 13 years and actually have had a naked pointy in the past, bought it new in 2005 and kept it for around 4 years....traded up as I thought there was better out there.........I was wrong.

So, long story short....another 4 years and 3 bikes later i've gone full circle back to the charming SV (other than now i'm giving the faired model a go!). Well happy, pick it up on saturday...can't wait.

Look forward to getting to know you guys and picking your brains when necessary.

Cheers
Ryan

Love my SV. I ride it much more than my bigger bikes Perfect for Devon roads, often do a loop from Newton > totnes > kingsbridge > plymouth (Jaspers!) > up over Dartmoor > back round to Newton.

Hello from a fellow Janner, haven't got out as much as I would have liked over the past couple years but aim to change that this year!

Cheers guys.

Pick the beast up tomorrow....already spent some money on an evotech tail tidy (by the way I got the last one and they are discontinuing SV tail tidies!)...looking at an exhaust to let her breath...quite like the MIVV exhaust. Had cheap ones in the past and I think you get what you pay for.
