Default Bike Valuation? SV650SK7.

Wow it's been a while since I last posted here. I'm looking for a rough valuation of my bike if anyone can help.

Some of the good features.

  • Nitron Race Shock
  • Upgraded Front Springs And Oil
  • The Service Book Has Been Stamped Every Service and has been highly maintained
  • Has A Beowulf Exhaust
Some Of The Bad Features.

  • No Tax Or MOT
  • Been Left Outside And Not Run For A Year And A Half
  • Last Service Was 26,500 Miles And It's Now Done About 30,000
  • Needs A New Battery.
It's a SV650S K7 on a 57 plate in blue. Thanks to anyone that can help.

Why not do all the work required to get a better price? Its gona cist you £150 or so to get it up and running and im sure youll get more than that back in a sale for an otr bike

It's something that I am tossing about in my head. But the idea was to sell the bike and pay off the debt I got left with on my credit card. Was just wondering out of intrest how much it would go for as a non-runner to help me weigh it up.

Not much as a non-runner as I would want to know why. Its not so much the value that would put me off as the lack of running (unless I was a fairly decent mechanic) so I think the average buyer would just look for another.

If you're really determined to get some value for it, you might as well break it. Starting with that Nitron shock. How much do you want for it

I think getting running, cleaning it up and an oil change/service might pay dividends in terms of re-sale.

I think for now I'm going to keep a hold of her. Seeing as I brought her from new I don't think I could see it through selling her like she is. Not only take but once running I don't think I'd have to add much to afford the 1000.
