Default The M25

It's just rubbish. Sunday evening and A1 to A12 and there's a 50mph limit nearly all the way. It must be the most soul destroying bit of road on earth.

Hope some of you were having fun on twisty roads today.

My most hated road. Random speed limits for no reason that then brings the traffic to a stand still. And then rush hour, my days.

I remember what it was like before it was built, having to use north and south circulars.
Be thankful

You can't filter as they have narrowed the lanes so much and it's average speed cameras all the way. Yes they are forward facing but they've put up some to read bike plates too. So 49mph all the way at best.

yep have ones just rear facing on most now .
and myth busters proved the spray and filters don't fool the cameras

I live in Oxford and my parents live near Jct 28. I used to ride M40-M25 all the way but now I ride the A414. Lots of roundabouts but if you ride briskly it doesn't take too long. Then by Harlow, Ongar and back to Noak Hill is quite a nice ride.

The best bit by far is the first bit.
