Have a look at the eonon touch screen double din units. I had one - not completely refined units (I had the D5103) but I believe the newer units are much better - as I had one of the earlier units. It was still well worth the money!

Mine had CD/DVD, bluetooth, satnav, iPhone interface etc.

i would hazard a wild guess and say; vauxhaul specific loom, astra specific fascia and cage?

I would have bought a stereo and kit specifically for your car, will probably save money in the long run. I think the last time i bought a car specific loom it cost about 25-30 quid'ish. Also i think its more expensive if you want a loom to incorporate steering wheel controls.

I remember the bad old days of making the looms yourself, great fun.

Now they tend to have adaptors all ready

so, I was going to recommend that very head unit. Its brilliant, the parrot hands free is excellent. Always connect your iphone with the lead, it does work bluetooth but even when paired the iphone is sometimes stubborn and has to be bluetooth on/offed to work.
Cage and facia surround are in the box. If your car facia is not standard 2DIN you need facia plates.
It comes with ISO leads, so you need adaptor lead to suit your car. Ebay a guy called liquidice-2008 he has everything. Youtube often has howto's.
I fitted mine in a yaris and it sounds 100 times better than stock, and I dont mean in whoompa whoompa look at my chav panasonic, but in quality.
