To the left-no stopping/waiting at any time
to the right-parking at any time; except when events at the stadium are-no stopping/waiting between these times

The weird thing are the quoted times, must relate to set times of events...

I mean how the hell do you know if their is an event on and which time period is in force for it? If you don't know can you park there?

Guessing you didn't zoom out and see the big football stadium. You'd be hard pushed not to realise an event was on!

they are single yellow line advisory

left arrow = no parking around Stadium at any time.

Right Arrow:
morning events = 11Am-3PM
afternoon events = 1PM-5:15PM
evening events = 6PM-10PM

all other times = ok to park

yes they are badly done.

Not being a footballer it made no sense to me. If it's noisy don't park
