Reg/Rec for 99 sv - SV650.org

I'm looking for a working reg/rec as mine no longer works.

Right, got the r/r coming but when trying to take the back fairing off I stripped one if the screws!!

Not sure what to do, should I take a drill to it? Never done that before so any advice?
