2004 SV650S SK3 for sale

For sale Suzuki SV650S, The bike is in good condition for its age, it does have some flaking paint on the engine but only on one side, not sure what has caused this as it has not been used during winter since I purchased it in 2005. It has only had light use and has covered 12753 miles and only 1500 miles since 2010. The front fairing also has a small paint chip, this has been covered with some blue that does not match purely to prevent further paint damage (see picture) I never got round to buying the correct touch up paint.
I am selling due to lack of use, the bike has been regularly serviced. It had a new battery last year and always starts first time, it has 2 very good tyres (see pictures) and had a new chain and sprocket in 2009 (only covered 2000 miles since).
I have owned the bike since March 2005 I have all documentation and old MOT's, the bike has been alpha dot and I have the original bottle of these but I have personally never registered it (previous owner)
I have removed the rear seat and replaced with a single seat cover, I do have the original seat and grab handle however I left the grab handle out in the elements and the paint has flaked off so not sure if it is recoverable or not.
The rear mud guard was also removed by previous owner, I still have this and will be included with bike.
It has 10 months MOT, taxed until end August 2013.
It is a full UK spec bike, not an import. It has never been dropped or crashed.
