Default SV on one cylinder in the rain.

I got caught in a monsoon yesterday. I have had issues with this before so i got a fender extender. I used dielectric grease in the boots and thought i fixed it. Until now. I also noticed that the oil gets pretty frothy when i let it run to 200°. Basically it starts fine, idle fine, but as soon as i start to give it a little throttle it starts to die out. When i let go of the throttle it idle fine again. Any ideas?

froth is common in cheaper oils. was that level while bike was running or stopped?

From the thread title and description you are going to get very little help. Please explain in more detail so people here understand your problem

Sorry about that. It is a common problem where the front plug gets wet when it rains and the front cylinder doesn't fire hence SV325. I think from talking to a friend that i am getting arching from one of the plug wires.

Front wet plug, if the plug has got wet it needs replaced.
The best cure is a fender extender and belt & brace; spray silicone grease around the top of the HT Lead boot.

That issue sounds like you first need to do a good service oil, oil filter, spark plug, air filter, TPS balance. Then check that the coil pack ends are not corroded up.

I have checked the front plug. Already have the fender extender. Tps adjusted. Air filter is new. And done the silicone in the front boot. The oil had less than 200 miles on it.
