Default Stainless replacement exhaust clamps?

The front downpipe has been bothering me since I got the bike (I thought the gasket might be blowing at the head) so decided yesterday to give it a good clean. This would mean removing the belly pan. It didn't take long to discover that all of the retaining screws had mashed-up hex sockets. Two came out with a bit of elbow grease and WD40 but the other two were stuck so I removed the brackets from the mounting points. All of the brackets are rusted to buggery so will ultimately need replacing but I had to drill the head off one screw and get the other (just) with a pair of mole grips. Replaced all screws with stainless ones and installed with copper grease. This is a genuine Suzuki belly pan which currently retails for circa £300. It was bought by a previous owner in 2009 so has been on the bike for about 4 years. I cannot believe that the brackets are so fragile for something that costs so much but am also really disgusted that the previous owners have let it get into such a state. Have now cleaned belly pan and got to work on the downpipe with sanding pad and wire wool/Solvol and it looks much better. Also cannot believe that Suzuki are still putting mild steel clamps on stainless exhausts - the front one is almost rusted away. Anyone recommend a stainless replacement? Braided hoses on the way and it looks like it could be a busy winter.

I recently bought a stainless t-bolt clamp from a local (to me) hydraulic hose supply outlet. All types and sizes of hose and clamps available at such places.

Sorry fella, I have no idea. Pretty sure there's a post detailing which size is right but I can't be bothered searching

Have a look at the main site in the articles section. See diary of an SV restorer. I used Mikalor clamps on my pointy and curvy. I'm sure I mentioned sizes there.

I've found stainless Mikalor items, clamps and P-clips etc, to be nice quality. Happy to recommend.

The marine grade ones are even better than the normal one. Cost a little bit more mind
