Default Bridgestone Trail Wing 101

Bike: DL650 (V-Strom)
Miles: 5k so far

These tyres were fitted at the factory. I bought it as an ex-demo and have ridden it nigh on every day since. Through all the rain and dreadful weather we've been having these tyres have been awesome, no matter how hard I ride it they've never missed a beat. Plenty of grip wet and dry, I can feel what the bike is doing at all times and there's still tonnes of tread after 5 thousand miles of Sunday morning thrashing and daily 40/50 mile commutes.

It wouldn't be a proper review without negative comments so, they'd probably be rubbish on a different style of bike as they were designed for adventurers and they'd look silly.

Good grip, good longevity, great water clearance and plenty of "feel"

Good tyre IMO.

If anyone else has tried them feel free to comment. Tomor.

I have tourances. Hated the death wings that were on it when I bought it. Chopping the bike in this year anyway.

I had two sets on the Vstrom when I had it and thought they were ok a little unsure in the wet. It wasn't till I got more normal tyres on it that I found out how poor they were!!

But to give them credit I did get about 12k out of them.

Ok, now I've put PR4s on I realise the trail wings were a touch on the rubbish side. Got 6k before rear was square but I'm fat so it's understandable.
