Hi all,

I'm Dave from Birmingham. Probably heard this before as it seems to be natural progression but I currently have a mk1 600 bandit that I bought just after I passed my test in September 13. I am now after a pointy SV 650 hopefully found the perfect one that I am going to view this weekend! Anything i should be looking for?

Will hopefully be posting pics of my new bike soon

Current car/bike :-

Howdy. Main thing to look for is two wheel and an engine. I imagine there are a few other bits worth looking at.

Keep it rubber side down.

lol it's usually a good sign if it has 2 wheels and an engine!! meant more of common places of concern!

Thanks, should be looking at an bronze SV so I wont be matching anymore

Apologies for poor image quality it's from instagram looked fine on my phone.

Bonjour. Good luck with the search for an SV, the for sale section on here is a great place to look. If I were to buy another SV I'd get one that has had some work done on the suspension as the stock is rubbish.
Keep an eye on the Midlands section, we went on 1 whole rede out last year!!
