Default Stock 2005 sv1000s fork spring type?

I recently got a sv1000s, when I pulled forks apart the springs are progressive wound. Are they stock that way? No preload at all, seems someone dropped them in and left spacer alone.

I would expect they do. Most standard springs in forks I've had apart have been progressive to some degree. But I've not opened a stock set of sv1000 forks so can't confirm.

Yes, I do.

Yes they are.
