Hes lucky to be alive. Just proves hes a d******d for trying to sue Sometimes i wonder if i should get a descrete camera in the car, for similar reasons |

bit unsure about the 'reporting' of this story, no info on location or when it happened, other statistics, expert opinions from local police/safety groups etc. Literally like a journalist found the video and decided to run a piece on it for the Metro.co.uk or something…
