Default Return to the sv. What a bike

Well it been long overdue. Today was my first ride on my sv since my accident 8 month and 12 days ago which left me with a broken back, 8 broken ribs, collapsed lung and snapped collar bone. Luckily after abit of surgery all is well now but man I felt nervous today. I have to say the sv is a very good bike, it's great fun and has a lot of character, it has been changed a fair bit since it got it, it's now got ktech springs and emulators a zx10 shock and some sticky rubber and I can't wait to push the bike more.

I did have a bit of an issue with the rear sets trying to fall apart but that's something I can sort out with an Allen key and lock tight. Any one thinking of selling an sv to gets something bigger and better should really think about as the sv has so much potential and I can't wait to put it on the track but need to find a way of solving the on off throttle response when adjusting the throttle at slow speeds

P.s anyone that got stuck behind me today around Ashbourne area I'm sorry. I'm riding like a wuss at the moment

Riding like a wuss is way better than not riding. Getting back on after a big off must take some balls.
Enjoy.

Big steps just getting back on to be commended. I bet it was a great feeling even with the nerves. Just take your time and you'll be right as rain.
