Default knocked off bike last tuesday

On my way to work last tuesday I was filtering in stationarry traffic at under 20mph when some **** of a driver decided to do a u-turn with no indication went straight into side of her car and over bonnet bike is smashed up bad and im bruised and battered. Just waiting game to make sure she accepts liability and my baby can be repaired or writen off (((((

look for the filtering letter on here its stickeyed somewhere, very handy in your situation

Thanks mate will do luckerly the car behind is my witness and also said she never indicated either.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I hope you and the bike are mended soon. Did you manage to get a witness who is prepared to make a statement to the insurance company? It'll be your best bet of a successful claim. I'm assuming other people saw the incident as you were filtering past stationary traffic?

Edit, you beat me to it. Lucky for you to have a witness.

Lol I know it was a lady on her way to airport andngot lost. The driver behind is my witness and is happy to do a statment as well even he said she never checked or indicated. Im just gutted as its taken me 2 years to get my bike looking mint and to show standard

I will 100% all she kept saying was I didnt see you. And when I pointed out she never indicated and I was only going 20 she said I know youasnt going fast????? So if she knew I wasnt going fast how come she never saw me?????

Exactly and witness backs that up saying she copied a car in front of her who done same thing less than 10 secs before her. She never done shoulder check or indicated
