Petition to ban surface dressing launched
An online petition to try and get the practice of resurfacing roads with a method called surface dressing stopped has already attracted more than 2500 signatures. The ePetition was started by Christopher Caswell and calls for an end to surface dressing; the method of adding a layer of liquid tar and then gravel that poses such a danger to motorcyclists. ...
