Default Adjustable footrests fitted.

I have recently fitted some footrests sold by mc motorsports for £30 on e-bay uk they take 20 minutes to fit you have to adjust the gear and brake levers the brake lever adjuster is held in place by the least accessable split pin so probably a good idea to have a spare ready or an R clip when you fit them.
they seem to be well made, I used them to lower the pegs so my knees were not so bent they also made the seat more comfortable as my thighs were then resting on the seat thus spreading my weight further

Be careful they don't drag in the twisty bits.
I have to get on tiptoes now in the tight bends to keep my feet from hitting the deck.
Can't imagine them being even lower.

Also do a bit of distance riding so would need a set that could be fitted with rubber pegs of some sort, like the stock ones.

+1
An 07 VFR has much higher and further back pegs than the SV but feels more comfy to this 6'3" lad (or old git) so should be the same on the SV.

the pegs I have used will go back 25mm as well they are 360 degrees adjustable I am assuming your feet are big enough to reach the levers with the pegs further back
