Default Beowulf Can - no baffle, No Padding

short story, my mate drove over my once beautiful stainless steel Beowulf can, he drilled out the rivets, tried to push the big dent out but couldnt so didnt bother fitting the wadding back in & rivetted it back together for me with the dent only showing on the inside - still looks crap & is louder, would it be wayyy to loud for trackdays now or do you reckon it could still be within the limit?

It's probably going to be too loud and most tracks are really strict with noise limits these days. Only way to be sure would be to measure the db with a measuring device.
