Default CNC (Matt's Yokes)

i took the plunge and ordered a new yoke from Matt as i wanted some new shiny shiny. from the date of order to it dropping through my letterbox was 1 month which i think is reasonable for the price and quality of the product.

i could not get the yoke fitted for a few weeks but when i went to fit it the yoke was wrong.. WTF... so i emailed Matt and after a few too and fro he phoned me to check some sizes and we had a little heated disagreement as i was adamant that the yokes were what they were. turns out in my wisdom i thought i had purchased GSXR 600/750 K4/5 yokes for the bike but it turns out when i checked my records that i had actually purchased GSXR 1000 K3/4 yokes. while on the phone Matt said straight off that's what they were and he was right.

i owe Matt an apology which this is. i was wrong he was right.

Matt is a genuine gentleman as he sorted me out with a new yoke that was right and it fits to perfection at no extra charge. ok so in the past Matt has had troubles and been a bit of a plonker, lets face it he still is but my word what a lovely plonker he is. he does genuinely care about his products and customers contrary to what other people say

if your in no hurry and can wait his products are top notch superb and i have said this all along.

Thanks a big huggy hug Matt

Maybe he's had a lesson in how to communicate and keep customers happy. Not that I would need to but I would never use him purely because of how he acted on here.

done for now. at some later stage i will make up new longer throttle cables and use a bandit clutch cable and add a clamp on the front MC and replace the clutch perch for one with mirror mounts for when the bike gets turned into naked.
