Default Leaking K7 generator casing

Hi, all.
Recently bought a K7 that needs some TLC, part of the refurb was a new left hand side generator casing with new Suzuki gasket.
Problem is, I now have oil leaking out of the most north east/top right bolt.
Just above where the clutch pushrod activator sits.
Really baffling me, as there isn't a lot of oil in that casing anyway and if it was going to leak it seems like the least likely bolt!
Has anyone come across this before?
I've tried tightening the bolts to the point I'm not prepared to tighten them any more for fear of snapping one.

I have heard that the gen case can warp, this may be the issue, take it off and put it gasket side down on a flat surface. You will see any warping/irregularities

I never thought to check if the new cover had warped.
Good idea, I'll give that a go.
If it is warped, hopefully the breaker will accept it for a refund.

There's one bolt on the curvy generator cover that needs a sealing washer, but it isn't the one you mention, it's in the front toward the top.

Did you tighten the bolts in the correct order?
