Miles since that lovely bike rolled on to my drive way 4 years ago...
Am I part of the high mileage club now? As I'm doing about 2,500 miles a month now.
So now is there anything should be thinking about looking at before it goes?

Well sofar its all the same... other than these parts.
3rd set of chain and sprokets,
3rd clutch cable,
funny oval thing at end of clutch cable that does the clutch push,
3rd clutch leaver,
3rd brake leaver,
2nd set of front pads,
3rd set of rear pads,
2nd front right fairing pannel,
2nd rear right fairing pannel,
2nd rear left fairing pannel,
2nd belly pan,
2nd side stand,
3rd set of front indicators,
2nd set of mirrors,
3rd set of barend wieghts,
2nd right clipon,
3rd set of rearsets,
2nd set of pillion pegs,
4th Can.
2nd Crash bungs.
Hel brake lines.
2nd set of spark plugs.
All replaced due to wear, or crashes.

That is a lot of miles. How can you only be on your second set of front pads but third set of rears?

my sk1 has done 16,000 miles in the last two years that i've owned it, i'll have to up the pace to make sure i beat you

easy.. lots of slow control using the back brake filtering, and less front brake useage more engine braking... plan your corners thats my key. Plus I think the backs tend to be a bit less pad.
