Tyres for an '01 naked
Just thinking bout new tyres, mez 4's on there now not too impressed. Will probably go for 207's due to price/stickyness factor being good unless u lot know better?

The new Metz Z6s? Probably as good as an 020 but will give you around 12k miles.

Or if you do what I do, about 3k out of a rear then get a bloody nail in it.

I've just fitted a Metz Z6 to the rear of mine on the strength of Rictus' report. First impressions are good, even after the Diablo it replaced.

The Roadtec starts out ahead of the game since it's tread's collossal to start with... Great tyres. Mine are 4000 miles down and you'd never know.

Thanks gents, glad i asked, Z6's it is then. The ehlemet shop(!) are doing them for 155 a pair all incl, sounds reasonable to me.

new rear today, Z6 died 13,024 mile
have to put in a complaint only changed then in September Cheers Mark.
