Default Fender Extender

Anyone know of a good fitting front fender extender. apparently the popular pyramid is the best. Ive heard mixed comments, some have said its not the best fitting?

Thanks

Hey,

I just got my fender extender from Pyramid Plastics. The dry fit looks like it will fit fine. I am definately not going to be fitting it with those screws... yuk. I plan to have it glued to the fender with a product called sikaflex. (Thanks Cloggsy). I am even contemplating getting it sprayed and having the crack filled so it will look like one part.

I've got one on order for my K2 from Colin Collins Letchworth for £19.95. They are a Suzuki main dealer. I saw them on Ebay for that plus postage.
It's worth while looking at the original prices first e.g. double bubble screen, tinted with SV logo for £55.00. It's 2" taller. I wished I had looked before buying my Power Bronze at the show, even though it was £10 less.

As fitting a fender extender is high on my list of things to do I just searched for sikaflex as it sounds like a nicer way to fit the extender, is there a particular version to get?
I have found a few sites selling sikaflex stuff, is the sikaflex 291 the right stuff for the job or is there a better suited type?
cheers

I got mine from my local 'Motor aids' shop... I explained what I wanted to do & they suggested it

It's used by the motor repair industry (amongst others) & comes in tubes or sleeves (like silicon sealant) - I bought a sleeve for about £10, I only used about half of it before it 'went off' Never mind
