Default Where to get a decent sv for around 2k

Heya people, after riding an rs125 aprilia for a year ive decided im gona try an sv650s for me next bike, but just wanted some help on the best publications or websites where i can find sv's for sale.
I'm looking for a clean S model any age, got about 2.3k to spend once my car's been sold.
Of course il regularly be checking the for sale section on the forum but is there anywhere else worth trying?

Cheers

Andy

Hi Andy, good choice going for the SV . It may be worth looking on ebay to see if there are any for sale around your area. MCN bikemart always has quite a few in too and usualy quite a few round london too and theres always Biketrader magazine.
I picked up my SV for 2.2K about 18 months back so you should have no problems with 2.3K. Would sugest getting a test ride first though just to make sure.

I saw details of this bike (not "s") on autotrader (put in my old postcode when I lived in staines).

2000 SUZUKI SV 650 cc,
2,700 miles, . 650 Blue, great condition, low dry miles, one years MOT, six months tax, one owner, garaged, relluctant sale, good first mid-weight bike, Binfield Berks. £2,250 . ono.
Tel: 07815 067235

Now thats low miles for a decent price?

Define "sleek" for us?
Are you looking for a bog standard bike or hoping for a pointy model?

Well when i say sleek i mean something less brash , not fussed weva its the new or old model, or standard or modified but i'd like there to be some scape ofr my own modifying.
I noticed that bike in biketrader, but im put off by the fact that its an unfaired version, because i prefer a fairing.

Thanks for your help though, il keep looking!!

Andy
