Default varying insurance!

thought id do some on line quotes as my insurance runs out in a couple of months and heres what i have so far at 21yrs of age with 5yrs ncb and no endorsements cheapest comprehensive £349 with £650excess!!(axa)
£930 with 0 excess(ebikeinsuance
dearest was £1513 (NI)

tpf+theft was alot cheaper:cheapest £180 (axa) xs £650!
£382 aquote/kgm xs 200quid.

the likes of norwich union bennets equity red star and zenith were all mid way still fairly expensive all between 500-600 for 3rd partyf+t which is a little silly FOR 5YRS NOCLAIMS!!!!

I found NCD made little difference to my quotes. I have 7 years, but currently in use on my trail bike. My quote for the SV fully comp was about £140 with the NCD transferred, but only £173 on a new policy with 0 years.

(There are *some* advantages to being over 40 )

Yes I have the same problems... £280 fully comp. Y reg SV650S and a M600, plus break down cover, was going to go with fpft but it was the same price. Garaged, With Express Insurance and Equity Red star.
I have 3 years NCB, 9 points and 2 fault aceidents in the last 5 years.
