Default Incurance for an 18 on a sv?

Yeah what compaines shall i try to insure my sv400s? im 18, 3 points for speeding last year, 1 yr NCB , 1 yr with full licence, what price u say i would be looking at? any other people on here younger than 19?

not sure bout on a sv400, but on my sv650 i got a quote of £730 including all sorts of things like legal fees etc, and also their admin charges.

i have a years no claims, and no points, and im 17.

was that fully comp? what was the company? decleared ur mods? excess?

sori mate, realy excited, that sounds cheap. companiy site plz etc...? I owe u already sounds great!

lol the names jake.

im with hanson and roberts at www.insurance2000.co.uk.

its TPFT, and they're the cheapest by far.

all others were 800+

and no, didnt declare mods as the pipes kinda illegal.

excess was a nice £250 which is less than when I was on a 50cc paying £150

Hi mate and welcome

Try either cia insurance or motorcycle direct, seem to be pretty good on us younger ppl, but depends where you live, and i had 2 yrs no claims and no points.

I was 19 paying £260 tpft on a sv650, u might have trouble as the sv400 is an import and they might not have it on thier list!

cheer you 2, Jmaes. I was with motorcycle direct on my CBR250RR, paid £297 fully comp at 17 (CHEAP AS U LIKE).

Whats CIA site? i live in middle of nowhere with amazing security, its being young i hate, points companies dont seem to mind as long as its only 3! Cheers anymore?
