how do all?
Some of you may remember about six or seven weeks ago i decked my bike for that damn dog, well my giggling pin is goinng coz i'm nearly back on the road.
The third party's insurance has sent my cheque today, so they say, ive been waiting yonks, but mithering pays off.
just a quick question, when i have fixed my bike, can i just get on and go, or do i have to sort some paper work out as it was an insurance write off due to uneconomical repair?

p.s what a load of monkey poo the underwriters for bennets insurance is, i think they are called red star or some crap, in my opinion they are money grabbin tw@s that take months to pay out, even after they admit liability, if you are waiting for money from them, get on that phone everyday coz that is what it'll take to get anywhere.

good to hear your nearly back on the road matey,sorry dont know about the paperwork but i think you do have to take the bike to be checked that all the jobs have been done right (on a safety point of view) i dont evan know where? my cousin has had his cbt today and it taking his test in august so maybe we can eventuly meet up at tern hill!

is it equity red star by any chance? i had them as my insurers on my scooters, i wish i had gone elsewhere cos they were crap

Yes it was Equity red star!, What a load of cr@p! they kept on fobbing me off with,
"Oh we havent recieved the engineers report" & "There's a delay in our system and we are three weeks behind".

That's all i got out of them untill i started to threaten them with legal action, my point was, is that if i owed them money, they would send baylifs, and what could i do? nothing, untill they had earned the intrest on my money!!

Well i'm taking them to town now, on a seperate claim!!
