Got my money back after 822 days - SV650.org

Its only take 2 years 3 months and 1 day to get my money back from the silly bitch who knocked my bike over while it was parked outside my Mom's house. She reversed into it and it was about 10 ft away from here car!
Well I say I've got the momey back, the cheque is at the solisitors just waiting for the funds to clear as my insurance company have to get their cut back. So now I'll get my 350 odd quid back and 4 years no claims, which I've lost again after the new claim with the recovery company, probably another 2 years away. By then I'll have 6 years build up that I've never had a chance to use. Why's it all so slow when ever someone owe's me something but goes like lightening the other way round.

It's always the same and always will be. It infuriates me to think of the number of small business who have gone under due to larger companies being lax at paying their bills

Hey at least you have the cash now though to spend on some interesting goodies

I just thought that I would also mention that this all went to court the other day as they had taken to long to get me the money it was to late to cancel.
Which was won

and I got awarded costs for my time at court and time out of work. And she now has this whole thing against her name.
