Default What waterproof winter sports boot?

My Vertebra IIs are taking a pounding from all-weather, all-year riding (and crashing) and aren't all that waterproof at the best of times... So I'm looking for inexpensive, but decent, waterproof boots. My limit's £100 I think, which does limit the options a bit...

I can get a pair of Sidi Tepor Ways for £57 from TWO mag, but they don't seem too well protected to me after the Vertebras. They're serious contenders though. I'd sooner get a pair of Vertebra Tepors but beggars can't be choosers... There's a couple of Oxtar options at £80-£90. No boots in HG that caught my eye to be honest...

What flavour of Oxtars? And will they be less than that £57?

I picked up some real nice Dianese's in a sale last year. Try www.bikestop.co.uk They are warm, waterproof and REALLY comfortable

I like my SIDI Blackrain's for the wet stuff (not that I go out in it that often ) - they're good boots for the dosh

Yep, I'm really impressed with Blackrains. Comfy and waterproof still after nearly a year.

the problem with blackrains is they split quite easily and let every drop of water in after that.

Sidi Blackrain for me too - comfy and waterproof ( and suprisingly for a pair of Sidi`s they dont squeak )
