I have a K4, and I find the average running temp to be around 88 degrees.
And the fan should cut in around 105 ish so no need to worry just yet. When I first got my bike I posted a nearly identicle thread and even took my bike back to suzuki to find out with no prob's |

the manual say's the cooling fan turn on at 98 Deg C on turn's off at 92 Deg C. so I wouldn't be too bothered about it. Sounds fine as long as it does switch on.
