Default How Many??

Does anyone know how many SV650's there are out there compared to SV1000's?? Do you know the annual sales?

I'm thinking of getting an SV1000 and am wondering how exclusive I'll be

Probably lots more 650s than 1000s. The 650 appeals to more beginners or people on a lower budget so I think has a wider market. I'm not knocking it as I have one myself!
The SV1000 doesn't seem to be selling that well. At least here in Germany anyway. The one I test rode nearly 2 years ago is still for sale at the dealers, reduced from 9300 Euros to 7900 Euros. Unfortunately it was blue and I wanted a faster silver one.

Thanks.

I certainly see a lot less 1000's about but I wondered if anyone had any figures on this.

If you want to be "exclusive" get yourself a Naked Thou - very few of us around - I've never owned a bike that has attracted so much attention at bike meets etc - Ok, I've done a few bits & pieces to it but nothing really major (other than change the headlight for twin spots)
