Default Reevu Helmet - Good idea?

Rearview mirror helmet. Would be fantastic if it works.

It does work.. its been workin for a while.. buying one.. thats the real challenge... and do you really need it? Afterall most people who'd probably use one want tinted inner visors and flip lids...

I tried one of these on at the Ally pally show earlier in the year. The thing that really freaked me was that as you move your head from side to side you get the same effect in the mirror above.

In a car at least you can move your head but the mirror and view is pretty static no matter where you look at it from but the lid really did put me off when i moved my head.

I think the idea of lookin at the fit birds is much better.... or maybe good for track use so you can see whats coming up behind you withour upseting your delicate balance.

Damn, it's finally coming, and I've just splashed out on getting a new helmet at the NEC... oh well, we'll see if it actually makes it into the shops before 2007...
