Once the picture is hosted somewhere on the web (see above post) press the button that says "Img" above where you type in the text for your post then type in the location of the picture. It's easiest to right click on the image and select "copy shortcut" then just paste in the text. Then you need to press "Img*" again so it looks like this...
[img]picture location[/img] Hope this helps
