Default Question For All The Naked Folk

Right folks, because the SV was tradgically(sp?) stolen a couple of weeks ago, im now riding a honda Bros.

Now, as my old CG doesnt go over 65mph , i never really suffered from wind blast.

But this Bros goes a bit faster and motorways are...well a nightmare to say the least.

Can anyone recommend me a good universal screen, something a little sporty if poss.

Thanks

Naked bikes aren't really for cruising on Motorways - learn to hold on tight, and develop thick neck muscles

I'm not sure what the Bros is like, but the shape of the instruments on the naked SV deflect some of the airflow - I never really found it to be too much of a problem unless going over the ton for some time

I have a Puig windy screen from Busters, There's a lot of scams going off at busters (Supposedly... disclaimer) so i'd try and source one from somewhere else. It's angle adjustable and has a double bubble effect so takes most of the blast away from you.

It Fits any bike with a 7" headlight. £35 & Postage

I have a F.Fabbri screen on my naked curvy which deflects most of the blast (I am 6'0" tall)... looks good too, took it off once and actually preferred it with it fitted!

Screens on naked bikes just look soooooo wrong. Lean into the wind and be a man .

Slide your bum to the back of the seat, this leans you forward a dab and makes a surprising difference to high speed riding.

140mph on a naked hornet isn't all that abd to be honest, I think having owned 2 naked bikes before made me immune

Get yourself into HG - They do light/tinted and iridium DB screens for naked bikes for £25. Do it. They work VERY well!!!
