Default R&G tail tidy - follow up

Some of you may remember the trouble I had getting this to fit my K4. After actually talking to the people at R&G at the NEC I'm prepared to soften my negative attitude slightly. Turns out you ARE supposed to drill a hole in your plate for the plate light to poke through, but they are not allowed to tell you that...

I'm doing a track day with them next year and that will give me the chance to show just how tight a fit it is, and how much of a bitch it was to get on. In the meantime I've already had a replacement light from them at their cost.

However, even though they are nice people, you still have to wonder.

At the NEC show I asked them if they could send another nut and bolt as one of them had fallen out. It had fallen out because there not enough space next to the weld to do it up properly so it self locks properly. So they dutifully send me two bolts. No nuts, just two bolts. Good thinking chaps...

Um, er, well, maybe a hamicad would have been a better move. No such hassle with mine.
