Default NEW TOY!!!!

I am somewhat excited!

EVENTUALLY got my Personal Injury cheque through last week, after having had it agreed by Norwich Union on the 6th of December!

It took them so long to send it to me that I'd had my phone, internet and SKY cut off and had incurred about £300 worth of charges from late payments, etc. on things - Christmas was not very welcome this year!

Still - cleared all my debt and had a little left to play with, so I went and test rode a 1996 GSX R750 SRAD and a 1999 ZX7R-P4...

I bought this! http://www.aardvarkmotorcycles.co.uk...ail.asp?ID=317

Collect it on Wednesday or before if he can get time to take it to the MoT station in the meantime!

Best bit is that it only cost me £65 to add it to my insurance policy with the Triumph!

Absolutely hilarious machine and can't wait to do a trackday on it!

Yup.. my mate used to have Kwak ZX7R and that was a right hoot.

We both went to paris one weekend in 2004, i was on my SV and him on that. I was flat knacker at 130 indicated, and he came past me like i was going backwards..

I think Mr Coombest, you are going to have lots of laughs indeed!

Be careful though, from what i remember from riding his 7R, the brakes were a little... shall we say....Keen?

Whilst so many were running around singing the praises of GSX750's the ZX7 was carving a niche for itself without the fuss. One of THE best bikes to come in to production in my opinion. Beautiful to look at and go really well. Some minor issues over weight and handling which do not detract from a superb machine.Enjoy mate!
